I enjoyed the debates for a while, but it would quickly deteriorate into personal attacks. I had some horrible things said about me, and generally lost my appetite for crevo threads.
However, like you I enjoy the articles. There are still some pretty good discussions on the astronomy/physics articles.

The same attitude you observed in evo has been invading Terri and pro-life threads for years. This is far from Giuliani politics, but you hear the same meanness and often enough, from the same attackers. I conclude that our cancer is ideological liberalism, not just Rudy rooters.
