That’s certainly not your only recourse, but it definitely is your chosen one...

“If the GOP runs Rudy, then conservatives should RUN from the GOP. Ive never been an advocate of independant candidates but this time might be the first.”
Vote in the Republican primaries, and bring your conservative friends.
Watch the debates Thursday, May 3, 8 - 9:30 p.m. on MSNBC or politico.com to HELP see who the conservatives are, and then please do your own research, as well.
(The only downside to the debates are that liberals will be moderating, and will probably ask some dumb questions, but I hope I’m wrong.)

I've read his posts over the years...just like I've read yours.
Also been here long enough to know the difference between a rottweiler and a organ grinder's monkey.

“Youre a liar, butch. You must enjoy hearing that ...”
Is this necessary? It adds nothing to the debate to call BykrBayb names.

You can continue to pretend to have some sort of imagined moral superiority because you'll vote for the candidate with an 'R' after his name no matter who it is, but, in fact, you've abandoned any claim to moral superiority as you vote for a pro-abortion, pro-radical gay agenda, anti-second amendment, anti-religion, anti-family, pro-illegal alien, draft-dodging serial adulterer northeast liberal. My moral superiority is not imagined.

"What's happening now of this forum is a 'snapshot' of what will happen to the Republican Party next year (if the Party totally abandons its traditional base by nominating a liberal like Rudy)."Righto. Perot gave us Clinton. Bush gave us Perot.
Giuliani gives us a third party. A third party gives us Clinton.again.

If you run a liberal against a liberal, you will end up with a liberal, who will appoint liberal judges (despite campaign promises).

Absolutely not. In fact, if you were called something that foul, I missed it - and it is equally wrong.
Everyone has different opinions on things, up to and including politics. It’s part of what makes this country great, and not communist China. We are free to disagree without recourse.
Except that seems to be the case less and less around here.
I am sure that folks who are being so rude - from either side - don’t have the luxury of being surrounded by nothing by people who agree wholeheartedly with everything they do. And who’d want to live that way, anyway?
Maybe it’s the internet anonymity that makes people talk to folks the way they never would in person. If adults interacted this way in real life, every office, tavern, and classroom would be like the wild west.
So - let’s back up a little. If Grunt is as you say, simply link to the proof so that everyone can see it for themselves. Right now, your comments are so heated that it really doesn’t seem, like much more than hysterical accusations - which there is definitely no shortage of around here these days.

But it is both dangerous and un-Biblical to seek any sort of Theocracy of Men until the Return of Jesus Christ. No mortal Man of Politics is properly qualified to be Theocrat, except for Him.AMEN...Very well said.

Absolutely not. I addressed this above, so I won’t repeat it all.
But you catch more flies with honey, and all that.
To: ex-snook
If I changed my tagline, I would what you just said:
Giuliani gives us a third party. A third party gives us Clinton.again.
And add: Say NO to Rudy Now!
(yea, I know it won’t fit. But it might make a good sig line....)

Killing off the intellectuals? Sweet stuff. Stalin, Castro, Chavez would approve. Comparing Jim Robinson to Stalin, Castro, and Chavez now? Hey, what's that smell?
So, the liberals are "intellectuals" and the conservative are stupid rednecks in your twisted mind? So, why do you bother hanging around us stupid rednecks? Don't you have something intellectual to do - like maybe a Planned Parenthood '101 Uses for a Dead Fetus' workshop or something?
