When is your alleged “expert” going to show up to explain how the yankees burned the “oldest synagogue in dixie” when they occupied Alexandria one day after Virginia ratified secession, even though, according to both the Viginia historical marker and the synagogue’s own history, it wasn’t even built until after the war, and there are much older ones in the south?
in point of FACT, that same "congregation" has existed since the early 1700s, when there was first enough Jewish men to HAVE a "minyan" (you DO know what that means, don't you, since you're an "expert on everything"???).
the congregation has met in SEVERAL places over the last about THREE CENTURIES.
