Yikes.... these burgers are over a year old. If they were bad, don’t we think it would have showed up before these? How do we know it’s not just food poisoning from bad prep or old meat?
Good point. You’d think they’d have to have freezer burn by now. A vacum bagged steak will last a year in the freezer - and will be more tender as a result, but ground beef with nothing but paper inbetween the patties, inside a loose plastic bag? No Way. I’ve got some newer than that I won’t eat, saving it for crab bait.
