Did anyone else notice how many times he referred to himself in his rant? I counted 34 times he said "I" or "me" in what 49 seconds?
What a narcisist... no wonder his wife left him if he's so wrapped up in himself and all.

(...but sir, if my child had a fever I wouldn't go to a bureaucrat for the diagnosis.)

Newsflash - they’re both wrapped up in themselves. That’s why daddy left the message and that’s why mommy plastered it all over the media. It’s not about Ireland, it’s all about ego and control. Alec has anger issues, immaturity and poor judgment (among other things). Kim is by no means blameless either, although that’s how she’s trying to play the scene. IMHO, Kim has shown herself to be manipulative, narcissistic and does not have the child’s best interests at heart. This war is between the two protaganists, Alec and Kim, and Ireland is just the measuring stick of who's "winning".
