I actually have some saved messages from my angry ex to me. He uses the same word, okay all the time, like I’m supposed to agree during his loud, angry tirades. And he was a verbally abusive bully during our marriage. That’s why he was thrown out of our home! Alec Baldwin has a severe anger problem and I experienced the same. I don’t know if he has or is being verbally abusive to our son YET!

My abusive ex sounds similar when he goes on tirades against me (that I am now free to hang up on). So far, our 9 year old daughter hasn’t experienced one. To this day, she is one of maybe 3-4 females (all blood related) in his life that he doesn’t treat with disdain and vitriol.
