The night before, Alec Baldwin belittled her on national TV. He exposed her to unwanted publicity.
What’s the best dodge here? That the daughter herself, a minor, had a copy of the sealed information and released it.
And what is the judge going to do, hold the minor in contempt? Put her in jail? For striking back at her father for his own public humiliation of her.
HA HA HA.
This is easy to beat. The child takes the rap, which is no rap in that case, just a “stern talking to” by the judge. And in the process she otherwise scores a great set of points with the court as to why her jackass father shouldn’t get any custody of the daughter.
Baldwin cannot win this, no matter what. Somebody may get rapped on the knuckles a little bit, but he still loses.
