They can’t blame the driver/trooper....he goes as fast as the gov requests he go. And the trooper can’t tell the gov to wear his seatbelt.....it’s not his job or position to do it.....so, yes, it all goes back to the @$$hole in the passenger seat!!!

The Gov. is not subject to the laws of the state? Does he have complete immunity? If not, it is the troopers job to obey the speed limit and ticket the Gov for not wearing his seat belt. Or do we now just have feudal lords as our masters?
