I don't know the laws of NJ....

but driving over the posted speed limit and not wearing a seat belt are against the law here in Illinois.

Even our Governor, the Ken Doll looking fellow who lives in Chicago and not the Capital of our State Springfield, is above the law.

Well they are both against the law in NJ for "the common people" but simple little laws like that don't really apply to his majesty and his staff.

It's sort of like the laws pertaining to corruption, bribery and malfeasance. They only apply to the commoners.
