3 or 4 hours is plenty of time to bleed out. If that is what happened, somebody is going to have some explaining to do.
Here we go....could the hostage have been saved? One hostage is alive, though. But was everything done to save the male hostage? Wait and see....
Why? They get to them as fast as they can, the best way they know how. Sadly, most of the things they learn , I would assume have to come from previous tragedies.
