It is most likely Russian rhetoric, but for the sake of the remaining Serbs in Kosovo, I pray to God that it is not. Because otherwise, all 100,000 of them are goners. We definitely need to make a deal concerning Iran, perhaps there is something we could do for Russia concerning Serbia/Kosovo.
