Don’t be so quick on the no islamic possiblities. This guy probably didn’t think this all up on his own. He was coaxed or brain washed. He has Ishmael tatooed on him in addition to the return address on his envelope. If the truth is allowed to be known, we may see more than we bargained for.
I still say the envelope looks like Ishmiel rather than Ishmael. Looks to me like there’s a dot over the fifth letter. If so, he picked a name that’s as nonsensical as the address.
The return address was A ISMAIL. What was written on his arm was ISMAIL AX.
When more facts come out, and they will, the reference is probably going to mean something nobody here has even thought of. :-)
