This passage almost sounds like he is angry at God for torturing his mind with insanity.
He writes in images that suggest he was a victim of rape as a child. What child so victimized could believe the world was a kind and fair place?
I think his fascination with pedophilia, if explored as part of his personal history, will provide some clues as to his mental deterioration and rage.
