aha correct...but Chris Matthews just asked Capus when he personally rec’vd the package and he said about 12noon. He informed the LEOs doing the investigating during their press conference...??between 3 30 and 4 or so.

According to the press conference I just heard, they praised NBC for acting so quickly — and the *emphasized* this word — NBC *immediately* contacted authorities. That’s exactly what was said — and emphasized — at the news conference.
