the fact we cant find anything close to Earth anywhere in the Universe. You need to study a bit more astronomy. The fact that we haven't seen any earth like planets is because of optics, not because they're not there. If we were sitting on a planet around another near by star, we would not be able to see the Earth with our existing equipment.

Evolutionary theory does not address creation of the Heavens and Earth. That is not its goal.
Biological evolution is commonly defined as followed:
change in the frequency of alleles in a gene pool from one generation to the one that follows it.
