I should note that the actual title of the piece is simply “Right man for our times”, which was a clever way by Steve Forbes to insinuate that Rudy was “right-wing”, not “left-wing”.
But the first pro-rudy poster wasn’t wise enough just use the name Forbes made for his editorial, and renamed it “The right man for our times”.

Actually, Steve Forbes would be a much better choice for President than Rudy Giuliani.
You need grammar lessons. Quite frequently the author of an article is put first, with a colon to the title. And it’s also accepted in posting, to put anything one adds, that is not in the actual title in paranthesis.
You are really grasping at straws, aren’t you, since you have nothing substantive to add.
