An earlier post mentioned ‘if a dog was available - the shooter had walked 10 minutes to his dorm room’.
If a dog was available to track the shooter, that’s approximately how long it (the dog) would have taken to follow the tracks / trail of the shooter.
If theyd taken a dog out, they could have tracked this guy back to his dorm well before the next shootings began.

That sentence makes it very clear that in your highly expert opinion all they had to do was put the dog on the trail and all 30 lives would have been saved.
The inference is that the dog was available and that they di d not use it in a timely manner.
Never do you ask the question: Was a dog available and how quickly could it be on the scene.
No facts. Just spout off at the mouth hot air.
