Inasmuch as I'm a Virginia taxpayer, with a kid in a Virginia university, and an Infantry veteran, I'm sure I'm paying for this, having my family put at risk by the jerkoffs who run the university systems in this state, and that that I know something about setting up a perimeter and defending it.
