If you didn't want this thread to go to Hell, perhaps you shouldn't have posted it.

You know that Rudy is very divisive here on FR.

As for his comments, all the presidential candidates besides the President himself should STFU for now on this.

If Rudy was the Prez and this happened on his watch, he’d be outraged. Rudy would be calling for immediate outlawing of ALL firearms. Liberal is as liberal does.

Rudy is a danger to the freedoms we Americans hold so dear. With the 2nd amendment being one of our most cherished freedoms.

Why is this even considered a Rudy thread? If he had an ounce of decency, he would at least wait until the shock is over, then send a private message, rather than making a public statement for political gain. But this is what we would expect from Rudy.

Ummm You made it a Rudy political thread - I planned to post all of them. They all have done it so far. Check out the other threads. Apparently it is right that they comment. They want to lead this country why shouldn't they comment.

“It’s sickening how all these scumbag politicians have statements to make. What about their laws that prevented these people from defending themselves? What do they have to say about that?”

Gives new meaning to the term “words are cheap” doesn’t it

“we need to know that all the candidates care about this tragedy “
Problem is, is that all will officially care about the tragedy. What will be proposed to be done, with this as an excuse?

No, YOU made it a political thread. You didn’t indicate that
you were going to post the other candidates’ statements until the 10th post, after you already stirred the pot. I must admit I’m surprised you didn’t publish a poll saying that Rudy shows the most compassion about this tragedy.

Just as you could have ignored this thread.

You can't be serious. Hopefully we'll never have an opportunity to find out.

Rudy’s comments on this tragedy weren’t divisive and I’m sure they were heartfelt. Its sick and pathetic that some hate Rudy so much that they attack him for making a simple sympathy statement.

Give the man a break. He may not be your choice for President, but that does not mean that he does not have genuine feelings about this tragedy.

Probably Rudy's Poll-Engineeering Team is "looking for people" they can poll on that issue.

This thread you've started is a great place to collect the statements about this tragedy made by liberal, gun-grabbing politicians. I'll put some of them together so that we can all mock and ridicule the liberal, gun grabbers for speaking about the massacre that they had a hand in causing by providing mass murderers with easy, defenseless, target rich environments where they can go and kill as many victims as they want without much fear of being stopped.

Statements made Today by Liberal, Gun-Grabbing Politicians about the Virginia Tech Shooting Massacre

"I am shocked and saddened by the horrific tragedy at Virginia tech. My prayers are with the victims and their families, as well as the students, faculty, and community devastated by these gruesome killings."
- Hillary Clinton - liberal, gun-grabbing candidate for President

"On this day of national tragedy, when we lost some of our finest to a senseless act, we stand together as a country to mourn those who lost their lives. My thoughts and prayers continue to be with the survivors and the many friends, colleagues, and family members of those who perished. May God bless them all."
- Rudy Giuliani - liberal, gun-grabbing candidate for President

"Today, we are a grieving and shocked nation. Violence has once again taken too many young people from this world. We will miss them, and we pray for their families and the injured fighting for their lives."
- Barack Obama - liberal, gun-grabbing candidate for President

" " (No statement published)
- Mitt Romney - liberal, gun-grabbing candidate for President

"On behalf of all New Mexicans, Barbara and I extend our condolences to the families of the victims whose lives were cut short by this horrific tragedy. This is a sad day and our hearts go out to the Virginia Techn community as it grieves this loss."
- Bill Richardson - liberal, gun-grabbing candidate for President

"It is difficult to comprehend senseless violence on this scale. Our prayers are with the families and friends of these victims, and members of the extended Virginia Tech community. I urge Virginians to keep these victims and their families in their thoughts and prayers."
- Virginia Governor Timothy Kaine - liberal, gun-grabbing politician

Wow! I wasn't aware the Hillary was trying to hijack the Republican Party like Rudy is. I didn't know she was running for nomination in the GOP Primary.

But of course, we all ought to send our students off to school with loaded firearms in their backpacks.

High schoolers and college students alike.

And when we go to the mall we pack our gun in our purse too.

You are an idiot!

Thanks for posting this. I'm still in tears about this devastating news.

May God keep the victims of today's senseless killing in eternal peace, and may He comfort their families and loved ones and give them strength during this terrible and painful time.

I just can't believe some people letting their hate for Rudy get in the way of such a terrible massacre. And they call themselves pro-life!?! They have absolutely no regard for the lives of the innocent people who are dead at the hands of this monster. They don't even have the decency to show their respect for the dead victims and their families because of their need to soil any thread which mentions Rudy's name. May God have mercy on their souls.

Compared to Carolyn McCarthy, whose husband was murdered on the Long Island Railroad, who rushed on TV to blame this on the NRA, I’ll take prayers any time from any one.

I called that witches office and let them know what I thought of her eploiting this tragedy at this time.
