He's unfit. He's immoral. He's got no standard of right and wrong guiding him. His positions are indecent, disgusting and abominable. Dead on target.

I’ll take that pledge...
If we are going to have a liberal as president, let’s at least have one that all the republicans can oppose. Rudy would be worse than Hilary because he would have a better chance of getting liberal legislation passed.

Nope. If he’s what “the people” want, they can have him. Hell, they wanted the Clintons for two terms and are contemplating two more...
I’m not voting for him, however.

Nonsense.
Rudy vs. Hillary? No contest: Rudy.
I want whichever candidate is going to prosecute the War on Terror. I can overlook anything else we disagree about.

The author is an idiot. And that is being mean to idiots.
He would cut off his nose to spite his face? Why give the WH to Herevilself? If Rudy is the nominee, every republican that fails to vote for him is a traitor.
And if there is someone else, get at it. Time is short.

When it comes down to a vote, Giuliani will get the votes of people who would vote for anyone but Hillary/Obama.

Peasants With Pitchforks Respond! If you look at Rudy's stances, and decide you honestly disagree with him and don't want to vote for him, I respect you.
However, if you're screaming "All folks who think like me will never vote for any baby-killing, gun-grabbing, homo-loving cross-dressing liberal scumbag and if you disagree you're a blankety-blank-blank liberal scumbag who doesn't belong here" -- you're a joke.
If you believe you've been given the power to determine who can and who can not be "conservatives", you're a joke.
If you've not been here long enough to remember the Buchannanites, then trust me. The 'peasants with pitchforks' angry flame style of political debate is a failure every time it's tried.

Okay, look, I don't want to throw gasoline on the fire, and I don't want to debate what people think about Joe Farrah. However, and I am serious, why are people so stuck on Rudy? People can argue around the margins a bit, that's fine, but Rudy's record is pretty well documented and it does demonstrate that he is a RINO. Therefore, I am honestly at a loss as to why so many seem to blindly support the guy.
Is it like a sporting match where you simply do whatever to insure the home team wins? Do you really like the guy's positions. Or, is it that upon being challenged with the facts people are just digging their heels in because they have a "never surrender" type of attitude.
"I don't get it."

No, Joe, I most certainly will not take that pledge. Because "under no circumstances", by definition, includes "even if Hillary Clinton wins as a result". For reasons which should be as clear to you and to Freepers who remember the Clinton administration, of all people, as they are to me, that is completely unacceptable to me, and ought to be to you. Eight years of that delightful couple and their merry marauders was about nine years too many for myself and the country. Another term or two? Not on my conscience, thank you. No. No. Hell, no. Never. Absolutely not.

The same king-makers who pushed Bush down our throats are the same who are pushing whats-his-name upon us. What Bush will not be able to accomplish (in giving our country away) in the few months (but long months) he has left, they have lined up Rudy to finish the job. That is why we are reading that he is winning in every pole to make us believe he will be the next moron
I mean president.
For those who are of a Spanish cultural background, there is a saying here in Panama: We are going from Guatemala to Guatepeor. The play on words is in the last four letters of each word.
