Is this the same guy? K-9 unit led police to an apartment building and a field where they found 23-year-old William Charles Morva and 21-year-old Jeffrey Scott Roberts. Each is charged with attempted armed robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
The photos on the linked page shows William Morva to be Caucasian; however, his partner in the robbery crime looks Asian.
If this was Morva, why was’nt he behind bars? This happened all the time in Florida w/early release.
