Emergency volunteers were just interviewed on NBC Nightly News and said that one year ago they planned for a mass casualty gun attack. So they had planned for just such an incident.

Someone should check and see how much homeland security money has been spent on this college. Would be interesting to know whether or not they had a real plan for an event like this and how much money has been spent at the school in the last five or six years.
