This is certainly perplexing. If this is how it actually happened, law enforcement and university officials have a LOT of explaining to do. If you've had a multi-victim shooting in a dorm, and haven't found the shooter yet, the campus and surroundings should be swarming with law enforcement, and students should be gathered into a few small areas under the protection of armed LEOs. The idea that two HOURS after the dorm shooting, with the shooter still at large, classes were still in session all around the campus on a busines-as-usual basis, just boggles the mind.
