Simply horrifying, especially the guy screaming at the end.

I counted 32 shots in the audio (an average of one shot every second or two, given the duration of the video), but it’s hard to hear, due to the strong wind.

I think he shot at police and they returned fire.

I can’t figure out the loud bang in the end (flash bang?) nor the screaming/yelling (cops breaching the building?)
