Damn straight - I’m going to make it as hard on a shooter as I possibly can for him to kill me. That’s what I tell my girls about being attacked: kick, punch, scream, scratch, claw, headbutt, pull, gouge. Don’t be a lady, be a mama bear. Don’t quit, don’t quit, don’t quit.
Seems like common sense but sometimes the “shock” can paralyze you. It’s not everyday you see your fellow students getting murdered/executed and remembering some type of training you learned to stop the murdering coward.
