Gunman on Campus; Stay inside your building, away from windows; Shooting incident at West Ambler Johnston Hall
(Excerpt) Read more at vtnews.vt.edu ...
But why would he take the trouble to obliterate the serial numbers on the gun and make sure he also carried no personal ID, yet keep the receipt for the gun in his backpack?
Doesn’t make sense, unless he just plain forgot that he still had the receipt.
on here, foxnews, ABC, and other sources.
FWIW, I posted this last night, but it kinda flew under the radar.
Israeli killed in Virginia massacre [university staff member]
Each one of the students murdered is someone's baby. Every parent who loves his or her child understands that.
I don’t think there is a connection .. sorry of I gave that impression
great, now my neck of the woods. Hopefully it is a false alarm and everyone is safe.
No, you didn’t. It’s just eerie......
I guess some folks do not understand that.
Read their posts again. You mis-understood what was said. Neither tol nor n and v are nasty...nor were their posts.
Ishmael X?????????
I didn't mean to post that as a tin foil connection
Just that he survived through so much in life and was killed while trying to protect the lives of others
I should have gotten that. Sorry. Need more coffee!
"BLACKSBURG, Va. -- The suspected gunman in the Virginia Tech shooting rampage, Cho Seung-Hui, was a troubled 23-year-old senior from South Korea who investigators believe left an invective-filled note in his dorm room, sources say.
The note included a rambling list of grievances and ended with the words "Ismail Ax" in red ink on the inside of one of his arms.
I agree. Of course, that’s my impression from reading it and the post before it, that’s all.
I think it was nothing but a poor attempt at a (general, not “personal”) joke, badly timed.
But I could be wrong.
Fox now saying shooter’s note complained of debauchery and charlitains on campus. Was signed “Ishmael X” ... Was this guy a muslim convert?
Judaism has generally viewed Ishmael as wicked though repentant.[1] Islamic tradition, however, has a very positive view of Ishmael, ascribing a larger role to Ishmael in comparison to the Bible and viewing him as a prophet and the son of sacrifice (according to certain early theologians whose ideas prevailed later). The Bahá'í writings consider him a lesser prophet.
Both Jewish and Islamic traditions consider Ishmael as the ancestor of Arab people.
Islamic connection?? hmmm
You mean like . . . when . . . .
the mass of rusted, covered in scratches bicycles are mushing forward and one bumps into another one—the fellow on the one bumped into is duty/pride bound to instantly get off and go to fisticuffs or sticks against sticks with the guy that bumped him—even though it would be a major detective task to find the new scratch???
LOL.
Still love the place and people. Not the gov. But then, I don’t like our traitorous Congress either.
As the mother of four young adults in their 20's (two in college), I can assure you that they are still my babies, but not in any way, shape or form 'somewhat retarded.'
Forgive me if I misunderstood that null was being nice to tired of laundry and it just went over my head....
Either that, or he hated Moby Dick.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
