If it’s over, why is there a massive evacuation?

Yes, you could be right. Too bad few people recognize that date anymore, much less the RevWar.

Cause they think that there is more than one shooter, and they do not have the other, and or others.

All schools in the county are now closed. Just an overreaction for precaution, right?

“April is historically a bad month. Ive always found that strange. Wars stop & start, people go postal, etc. Must by something in the spring air.”
It’s tax time and people are going crazy trying to figure out the tax code.
You are right about spring being a historically bad month.
I remember back in jr. and high school that there was always a significant rise in school violence. Fights were happening all te time.

If its over, why is there a massive evacuation?Because it may not be over. It depends on the motive. They may be afraid of a "conspiracy".

Well, duh, that’s true! Totally forgot. I just always am amazed how all these things - usually bad - happened that week, and so much on the 19th.
