I’d like to see a list of all the muslims who were troubled and went on a one man jihad in this country. The list is starting to get noticibly long, and it’s almost impossible to protect people from it.
Which proves the point that a person willing to commit murder is a person willing to violate all standing firearms laws. So firearms laws are no deterrent to murder.
According to co-worker with scanner one shooter is down but there might be another. Triage set up at Holden with multiple victims coming out of Norris.
Not too many 6ft. tall Chinese or Japanese students.
Odds are it’s what we’re thinking.

My nephew works on campus. Last year his step mother, an RN at Montgomery County Hospital was a witness during the escape of a prisoner and my nephew was an eyewitness to the murder committed on a bike trail near campus by that same guy. I hope he’s safley out of harm’s way.
Officials ordered the campus closed, the second time in less than a year the 26,000-student campus was shut because of a shooting.
In August 2006, the opening day of classes was canceled and the campus closed when an escaped jail inmate killed a hospital guard and a sheriff’s deputy involved in a massive manhunt just off the campus.

My son was walking back from Robertson’s class and passing McBryde at
9:42am. 15 shots from a small handgun rang out in quick succession.
Then several shots sporadically after that. He was passing in front
of McBryde and the shots seemed to come from behind the Burress/McBryde
6ft tall? I’ve worked with a lot of Asian people (Chinese, Korean AND Japanese). Now, there might be a very tall guy here or there but very unusual.
It can be hard to be a witness to things like that. Prayers up.
Meanwhile, in the Roanoke Times’ newsroom, Christian Trejbal is jumping up and down yelling “SEE! I TOLD YOU SO!” Of course, somehow, I seriously doubt this “gunman” is listed on the Commonwealth’s CWP holder database, y’know?
Stay careful and keep your head down up there. I’ve got a friend who does networking for VT and I don’t know where his office is, so I’m a little worried.

That’s exactly what I was thinking. I’ve worked with many Asians. I worked for a Japanese company and also for a big company in their research dept. (lots of Chinese there). I came across a guy once that might’ve been close to 6ft tall. Very unusual though.
Not saying impossible, just not usual.
