Why is Eleanor crawling out of the woodwork to finally get revenge on Imus for making fun of her?

Why didn’t she do it before?

Guess she prefers to beat a dead horse than a live one who might laugh at her on air again.

We will find out if her thesis that it was an economic decision based on loss of advertising is correct when we see how much he gets paid by satellite radio.

I doubt that Eleanor has had many “second dates” in her lifetime.

We need a law stating that each and every instance of the utterance of the word “ho” is punishable by a $1,000 fine.

Thus into government coffers will come a flood of fine revenue....from the black community.

“but still tolerate rap music”

Doesn’t at least one of these sanctimonious broadcasting companies own a record company or companies that produces/distributes rap music?

they didn’t deserve to have their moment of glory sullied by a know-nothing shock jock."

Be sensitive here. They LOST and they want to bask in the glory of it. If Imus hadn't mentioned them, most people would never have known they came in second. I didn't even know who won because girlball is a waste of time.

CBS owns Interscope records. If you want to learn more about how Imus was thrown under the bus, access Sweetness & Light to learn how Media Matters works and their methods to monitor conservative talk shows. This is not their only agenda to take down Imus.

"The marketplace has spoken."

And that's why the rappers will keep getting rich.

I’ll have you know that millions of middle class white males can’t go three minutes without using the term “ho.” We pwn that term my good man!

*did his share of damage (I should make clear)

Yep. It got pretty sickening after about the 500th hickey Imus put on Sharpton's ass.

Eleanor is one of the most disgusting femi-nazis to ever wear a prophylactic on her head.

[Eleanor Clift possesses] “the cerebral authority of a mollusk”.

Heh, heh! But don’t insult the octopus, the highest of the mollusk order. It is an intelligent and highly sophisticated problem solver.

Anyway, Elly complains about getting dissed by Imus. This years after she and her leftlib hubby appeared on the G. Gordon Liddy radio show IN HIS STUDIO to plug her latest book.

Talk about shameless hypocrisy! (Stupid, as well: who among the G-Man’s regular listeners would buy her book?)

Ho? Isn’t that what you use to work up the soil in the garden?

Good for keeping the weeds down, I understand.

“The difference with Imus is that he’s on the public airwaves

I think he was on Satellite Radio...a different genre entirely.”

Imus was on am radio and television.

You are thinking of Stern, who is on Sirius satellite.

The only thing worse than what the rappers say would be government regulation of their right to say it. The difference with Imus is that he’s on the public airwaves. It’s not a question of whether he can say all the outrageous things he says--it’s where he says them. The marketplace has spoken.

I guess she thinks that rappers music doesn't air on public airwaves. Where the hell does she think it is played? Only in private?

and that aint all...Ive heard rumors that just in the last week alone he’d eaten 2 whole watermelon and a bushel of black-eyed peas...watches re-runs of Amos n’ Andy late into the nite and sleeps with nylon stocking on his head..as to him secretly buying the old church in South America with the 200’ gold steeple and filling it full of crows so the Rev Sharpton can have his own “flock”...I think thats just raw speculation at this point
