There is a mindset among small people given large authority. Judges, prosecutors, child protective service types. Obviously not all in those positions, but way too many ... one is too many. And your daughter is so vulnerable to people like that who will only go after the ‘little people’ who don’t have resources to fight the vast resources of the state.

Have you tried to get sympathetic local media involved? Or your local state legislator(s) or governor? These small people tend to cave when their malicious behavior is exposed. I’d go so far over their heads, they’d reel.

Good luck with this, please keep us posted.

Excellent advice, EDINVA! Get this story into the local public's eyes. BUMP for Katie!

I have always been amazed by when any one person abuses their power and constantly gets away with it. Placing this in this forum is our first attempt at using any form of media. We have also done a little homework on this county. It seems that Creek County Oklahoma has more CPS cases than the cities of Lansing, Ann Arbor, and Jackson Michigan! Power is the ultimate aphrodisiac. This not going to go away tomorrow, but it will end, and then it's our turn.
