According to WNBC, Corzine is known not to wear a seat belt.I sincerely hope he recovers fully, but anyone who doesn't buckle up is a dumb schmuck as far as I'm concerned.

Questions need to be asked about speed. Was the governor late to the meeting? How about his easy pass records if he went thru any of those gates.
