Who should he sue? CBS? Seems to me he broadcasts there at their pleasure, although maybe he could name them in a suit. I just don’t know.

IF his pockets were deep enough to take something to the SCOTUS, maybe.

He has a contract. Sue them for breaching their contract with him. It would be up to a jury if they had grounds or not depending on the wording of the contracts.

Sue sue sue sue them for loss of revenue, profit, damages, etc.

He has a five year contract with CBS. They’ll probably try to weezle out of it by claiming he violated the ‘morals’ clause. So, there’ll be a duel. Weapons of choice? Lawyers at 50 paces.

It's a private employer and they have every right to fire him

Though .. he also has every right to move to satellite radio and let loose on all those who hung him out to dry
