It was just announced on the "Mike and the Mad Dog Show" on WFAN (Imus's home base): Imus is out of a job on radio as well.
He will not even be on the air tomorrow.
And called for the execution of the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth.
And he said Bush hated Black people during Hurricane Katrina.
Imus got hanged by his own left-wing posse.
Where’s the fun in running a corporation if you can’t be a heartless bastard?
Nonsense. Precedents do matter. Most social change is gradual and rests on precedents. This a game of predation. First the easy meat is taken down then they go for bigger game.
Oh I hope she does, and it's televised live. The whole country will be laughing at her. Well, 89% of it.
You are wrong.
O'Reilly says he is going to beat on the rappers. Good idea, they are way worse that Imus.
You are right. The Culture of Victimhood is a wholly owned subsidiary of the left. The Sharptons and Jacksons just rent a franchise of it that they lend their skin color to as a personalized prop. "Black people" aren't doing anything here. It is a Marxist, communist, socialist, leftist movement that backs all these classist agendas.
Alan Colmes, Juan Williams, and Err Amerika (if the latter is even still running).
Ra Ra Racist!
I thought this paragraph from Rush was brilliant:
they appear to be focused -- on NBC and CBS, and the reason is, they are run by white liberals who are on the run. The reverends have forced the suits, the execs at NBC and CBS on the run, and that's why they're pursuing them. Don Imus is not the point now. All of this has gone beyond Don Imus. If the truth be known, the Reverend Jackson never cared about Imus. Imus is simply the latest straw man to advance the struggle to push his agenda, and I think the Reverend Jackson is right!
I think Keith Olbermann or Chris Matthews should be replaced with a minority. There is inequality in front of the camera, primetime, throughout the MSNBC broadcast schedule -- and they are the ones that are telling everybody else what they must do to make amends for all of the inequality that exists where they work. All these good, sensitive liberal hosts should resign, or a couple of them. What's the fair number? What's a fair number of hosts in primetime at MSNBC to become black, to be black, in order to make it fair over there?
I don’t like Imus, I think he’s a Bush/Cheney bashing left-wing liberal, but I respect and admire the charitable work he does for sick kids. He’ll probably make a move to satellite radio.
Thanks, just read the transcript.
“satellite radio debut”
Lovely. And how many fewer listeners than he had previously?
Oh, they had every right to fire him. But it’s outrageous that they did.
Been really happy with my XM radio - happy enough that we now have three of them, one for each of the cars, and a third with a recorder that picks up programs overnight for listening to the next day.
I just got home a little while ago..and the first thing I heard was that HILLARY is going to give a speech at Rutgers on Monday on THIS TOPIC!!!
Now...can anyone take someone serious that is that obvious in her pandering???
This is all making me sick and tired of my country.
Number 9 isn’t minor. And even it if is, now he will be even more minor. Therefore, it’s a gain for the Rats.
