NiFong should be arrested. that is the only check and balance possible in incidents like this - the grand jury system is already heavily stacked against the accused, and rogue prosecutors like this guy just push the system too far to the edge.

The American justice system is an absolute disgrace.
It is the most expensive, unjust casino in the civilized world, the boil on the bottom of the American Republic.
We should completely revamp it.
How?
By copying another country’s system.
Any Western country.
It doesn’t matter.
Britain? Better.
France? Better.
Germany? Better.
Japan, Holland, Denmark? All better.
Canada? Better (a little bit).
