Nifong Issues Apology to Ex-Lacrosse Players

Durham — The local prosecutor who charged three Duke lacrosse players with raping a stripper apologized Thursday, acknowledging the decision of state prosecutors to dismiss all charges against them was correct.
"To the extent that I made judgments that ultimately proved to be incorrect, I apologize to the three students that were wrongly accused," Durham County District Attorney Mike Nifong said in a statement.
A high-ranking member of the university told them not to retain counsel or tell their parents.

Come right out and say it. They didnt want to alienate local blacks. They are frightened of the black reaction to her prosecution. They are Cowards.

Like I said bo jury with a black in it would convict her anyway, we found out in the OJ trial that race trumps Justice. If we didnt know it then we found out again in the Scooter Libby trial.

He did not just ruin three people’s lives.
He actually INTENTIONAL considered their lives expendible.
He did it in a mindset befiting of Nero or Caligula killing a slave because it would amuse him for a few minutes.
you don’t have that mind set in just one case. It is institutional and ongoing.

From what I hear, he needed to be re-elected because he was short some years to get retirement benefits or something to that effect. Well, kiss the retirement benefits good-bye fellow and kiss whatever money you have in your bank account goodbye as well!
