Well Levin and Schumer seem to have retreated on holding funding back to speed up withdrawal...so they see something somewhere....

Yes, but disapproval for the president also includes people who blame him for not nuking Mecca, so it’s a two-edged sword.

I’m surprised AP/IPSOS even asked the question.

Since you're being fair you might also mention the republicans that are disgusted with Bush not allowing the military to take the gloves off and wipe out the militias. Muqtada should have been gone 2 years ago.
