So you’re saying it’s ok because everybody does it?

My point is that here we see a perfect example of what happens when ‘harmless entertainment’ like this is considered acceptable, and why it shouldnt be- even if everyone is doing it.

Just ask them- I bet they wish they had a good old-fashined party instead of a sleeze-fest that weekend.

Pretty sleazy tagline for a family-friendly forum, don't you think?

No, something is not okay because everybody is doing it. My daughter knows better than to ever use this argument when I say no. Yes, the party was sleazy. And getting involved with strippers is stupid and can lead to big trouble.

I am sure everyone here agrees that even if these guys were criminals, that in no way excuses Nifong and the stripper's efforts to frame them. Both of them deserve jail time. This not only have innocent persons been put through an enormous ordeal, but it also damaged our trust in the judicial system. There also harms real victims of rape.

So I guess it’s a rape victims fault when she does makes a bad choice, and is beaten and sodomized. Do you recommend stoning her also?
