Last semester I needed another elective so I took a "Mass Communications" class. The instructor brought in a bunch of reporters from TV, Newspapers, Radio, and News Magazines. The one thing that they all had in common was that NONE OF THEM had more than a few college hours except for one--the only conservative writer and he had a Masters in Communications.

It puts the media into perspective when you realize the only real requirement is being a creative writer.

Unfortunately, it is not a felony to be here illegally. It's a misdemeanor offense.

There was an attempt in Congress --before the '06 election-- to criminalize illegal status. I.e., make it a felony, as I understand it.

However, that bill was either defeated or stalled even before the Dim takeover, IIRC; now it has zero chance of becoming law.

I despise Geraldo too, but it's not quite fair to say he's " badmouthed us every inch of the way." He has not, up to this point, been a 'rat on the war in Iraq.
