MLRS to disable tanks and artillery. When used against military personnel, the enemy army usually immediately surrenders and the war is ended. So they stop almost any kind of war machine or organization. You might call them the ultimate
anti-war weapon!
I prefer the Daisy-cutter for personnel, though. Quick, thorough, and everything is sterilized.
