Yes, he is being honest as to just how radically liberal he is and to the type of judges he would appoint. And, no, a strict Constitutionalist would not uphold Roe.

These types of statements pretty much assure his demise as a GOP primary contender. If somehow he does win the nomination we will probably see another conservative jump ship, run as an independent and take about 5-10% of the vote virtually guaranteeing a President Clinton/Obama.
