The bills are sent to the governor by the legislature. Why would he sign a bill that they sent him if he doesn’t agree with the bill? He’d veto it...which is what I assume you meant to write. But he wouldn’t “sign the bill” as you wrote.
And in any case, you better go back and read my other posts. Romney *did* veto the pro-abortion bills. They were overridden. But you suggested that the governor can somehow override a veto.
