abortion is legal in this country. even if Roe were tossed (as it should be, since its bad judicial law) - how many states would outlaw first trimester abortions for adult women? 2, maybe 3? Utah, Mississippi.
what’s your goal in that enviroment then, to “punish” poor women who would seek to have an abortion? to what end? having failed to use the vote and the legislative process in the States to outlaw abortion, what is the goal of denying access to it to poor women?
