I personally think that people should band together and have communities where no one older than, say, 65, would be allowed to live. I am not amused by cranky old farts.

Great, as long as you don't mind your property taxes skyrocketing. I am childless but live in a community where 74% of my town budget goes to pay for schools. Communities like this one formed because people got sick of paying for other people's kids. Also, when voting to spend money at my local town meeting, it's a lot like two wolves and a sheep voting on what's for lunch.

I side with the cranky old over 65ers here.
