The law in Florida does not permit strict age discrimination in housing. Senior communities must allow under 50 residents up to 20% of the population. There is no protection for white trash, however.

The law in Florida does not permit strict age discrimination in housing. Senior communities must allow under 50 residents up to 20% of the population. I believe that's an option, not a requirement. They can go that high without losing their exemption from school taxes.
