Has anyone looked at India’s arsenal? It’s full of Russian hardware. They also have joint weapon development program with the Russians. If we export these chips and technology to India, who’s to say that it won’t end up on Russian missiles and get exported to Iran?
It will end up in the hands of the Chinese eventually like everything else.
