My eyes are leaking again...
A real happy homecoming for a little boy and his mother from their loving, caring father and husband. How proud and happy the little boy was and...he was so cute serving the cupcakes. THESE are the real heroes ladies and gentlemen. THESE are the true lovers of our country. They don't make millions, don't fly on personal aircraft, don't get all the perks or the bennies that politicians and media pukes do...these are the REAL PEOPLE that make our country go every single day. THESE are the people I will take over hollywood, media, TV, and the house, congress, senate any day of the week. This is REAL FLESH AND BLOOD and we are so proud of this sailor and all our military. God bless.
I saw this on TV earlier this morning.
It brings home the war as the family and children see it. Military families and especially little boys and girls sacrifice moments in their lives that can't be recaptured.
My prayers go out to the military and to their families.

Cupcakes with the American Flag on them in the classroom.
That pic is adorable
That was very touching even for a big guy like myself...
Still crying. When my husband came home, my son wanted to dress as a soldier so I went to the army surplus store and got him a set of BDU's I even made patches and he was dressed just like "Papa". When we picked him up at the airport, he was just standing there at the gate searching each face as people walked by. He would say "no not papa, no not papa". After about three of these "no not papa's", we started to draw a crowd. Finally, when he saw my husband, he ran to him and jumped on him and hugged him. Then he looked at him to make sure he got the right guy, hugged him again, check again, hugged him again. There wasn't a dry eye in the place. They were so happy to be together again.

God bless you and your family! Thanks for that story.
I cried. Here at work. It's the second time this week.
I don't care, it was beautiful.

I haven't cried this much since "Lassie Come Home."
or 'Where The Red Fern Grows' or 'The Champ'
I'm sure this is on youtube somewhere. No MSN video for me but I'll bet it's cute.
My monitor went all blurry.
Great post.
