It's not a matter "I'll bite" . but I'll tell you anyway. It is not some one born in the USA because this is a "Christian Nation". Nor is it someone that has belonged to a church all of his life. Any one can say they are Christians without knowing the Lord. A Christian is a person that has accepted Jesus Christ as their savior. Believes in the virgin birth and that he died for them and was raised from the dead and sits at the right hand of God in heaven until his return. If you don't believe that, you are NOT a true Christian, not matter what a Priest tells you or what you think. I don't like "preaching" to others but by reading some of these posts, it is evident that a lot of those here don't understand the real meaning of the word.

What have you been taught about Catholics??? We believe ALL those things!!! You have been given BAD info.....oh yes, we DO go to Mass every Sunday...we like to follow the Commandment to do so.....don't you?

Also to be considered "evangelical" one must act on the great commission spreading this faith to others openly so that they might come to saving faith. In my experience evangelical includes people in all denominations that see it as a personal mission to evangelize in this way.
