I don't think so. It sounds like this person from US News was asking Dobson's opinion, and Dobson gave it. From the article it doesn't sound like Dobson was saying that no Christian should vote for Thompson, or that he wasn't qualified to be President.

While I think Dobson should phrase his opinions better, I don't see this as a huge issue. The only thing I see as an issue is the Republicans on this thread eager to buy the worst possible ideas about a good man and trash a good man and his great service.

I fear the libs will win the next election. Not because they have a better candidate, but because the Republican nominees will distance themselves from the grass roots evangelical conservative voters.
