Hmmmm. Let's read between the lines.
That is, I wonder if the situations with, oh say, South Ossetia, Chechnya, and Taiwan have anything to do with Russia's and China's decision making processes.
In other words, giving Kosovo independence sets a bad precedence. :
A country's foreign policy can foster ulterior motives, but still be right!
So, how do you explain away Slovakia resolution?

That's easy to explain!...The governing coalition of Slovakia made a rational and RIGHT decision.
