FNC has an oncologist on now, saying that his outlook depends on whether they managed to cut out (resect) the tumor. But the mention of metastases (plural) cannot be good. He said that only Tony's surgeons know just yet.
The oncologist is saying that they were surprised to open him up and find other cancer spots during the surgery which they hadn't expected and which hadn't shown up.
He says the two-year point is the most serious for colon cancer. If the cancer returns within two years, it's a more aggressive colon cancer.
The oncologist says it's important to be a fighter and that getting back to work as soon as possible would be good for Snow.

That's what I feared, it's not so much that they found cancer in the liver, it's where else it could have spread.
Sometimes when I think of all the medical advances that have been made, that cancer is still as elusive as ever to figure out.
